We all have that annoying inner narrative that runs through our heads on a daily basis. It holds us back by telling us stories based on past experiences and out of date beliefs we hold about ourselves.
What does your inner narrative say?
The good news is that we have the power to become the authors of our own lives and RE-WRITE this inner narrative, and it all starts with our habits.

Did you know that 40-50% of everything you do on a day to day basis is an unconscious habit?! With so much of our lives controlled by habits, it makes sense that in changing these, we can change the direction our lives are currently going in.
So what is a habit?
Put simply, a habit is an action, thought or behaviour that has been repeated so many times in response to a particular stimuli that the brain has decided to make it automatic in an effort to save you time and energy.
Therefore, habits are neither "good" or "bad", simply your brains way of trying to help simplify your life.
However, there are of course actions, thoughts and behaviours that move us closer to OR further away from the life we desire, and when they have been made unconscious by our brains (turned into habits) this is where they can become a problem.
Whether you can't make that healthy eating habit stick, you're stuck in a negative thought loop and procrastinating your life away or you've been sitting on that business idea for a long time, the first step to any change is to become aware of the habits that are keeping you stuck.
